Az ESAMI és a Swiss School of Management (SSM) közösen 3 éves, nemzetközileg akkreditált Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) programot indít Kelet- és Dél-Afrikába. A program blended learningen alapul, és a diákok bármikor csatlakozhatnak a programhoz. A kurzus az SSM e-learning platformjával történik, ahol az ESAMI és az SSM campusok tanulmányi központként állnak rendelkezésre. A program során négynapos online workshopok és gyakori webináriumok várják a kiválasztott témákat. A 2020-ban beiratkozott jelöltek részösztöndíjat kapnak.
